Meet The DJ

Hi, my name is Brian K. Henshaw from Carbondale, PA, owner and operator of BK Entertainment (previously known as DJ Brian K Productions). I am located about 15 miles outside of the better known city of Scranton, Pennsylvania. (hey, Office fans!)

I grew up with a passion for music and listening to American Top 40 with the legendary Casey Kasum every weekend. This grew my curiosity with radio and being a disc-jockey someday. Fast forward a few years where I found an ad for a local DJ company looking for help. I did several Weddings and parties with them and after a year, I ventured off on my own to start my own DJ business in 1993.

Getting Down To Business…(On The Dance Floor)

BK Entertainment provides professional, reliable and affordable DJ entertainment. Some of the different events we entertain at include weddings, anniversaries, corporate events, birthdays, sweet 16, pool parties, blacklight/glow parties, school dances, formals, proms, bars, nightclubs and more. Extra services offered include karaoke, music videos, photo slideshows, custom gobos and uplighting.

Areas We Serve

Our homebase is in Northeastern Pennsylvania (NEPA) but we are willing to travel to Scranton, Wilkes-Barre, Honesdale, Stroudsburg, Williamsport, Tunkhannock and everywhere in-between. We have also had gigs in Delaware, North Carolina, Wisconsin and Washington D.C..
